What is being assessed?
Drawings, CAD, dimensions, supports, interfaces, known constraints and relevant simplifications.
Services
Independent model review, numerical troubleshooting, parametric studies, post-processing and technical reporting for engineering and R&D teams that need a traceable simulation argument.
Buyer problem
Teams often have numerical results but not a defensible engineering argument: assumptions may be undocumented, solver behaviour unclear, sensitivities unexplored, figures inconsistent, or conclusions disconnected from the model setup.
Typical inputs
Drawings, CAD, dimensions, supports, interfaces, known constraints and relevant simplifications.
Material grade/data, preload or operating state, load history, pressure, temperature, impact/blast scenario or other relevant actions.
Local demand, failure mechanism, comparison, screening, residual response, retrofit effect, integrity concern or report requirement.
Technical depth
Use this service when an existing model needs independent review, a simulation workflow needs troubleshooting, results require stronger post-processing, or a technical report must clearly connect modelling choices to engineering conclusions.
Support can include setup review, material/boundary-condition logic, solver diagnostics, output planning, MATLAB/Python post-processing, parametric structure and report development. Current work often uses Abaqus-based models, but the review principle is software-independent.
Units, mesh, material data, boundary conditions, solver behaviour, contact stability, output consistency and traceability between model assumptions, figures and conclusions are reviewed.
Clients gain a model and report that are easier to review, defend, hand over and build upon — with limitations stated rather than hidden.
